jlili Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Jlili is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between jlili and all its users. By accessing the platform through jlili's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

Jlili reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via your registered email or through in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

Jlili's Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English version shall be considered authoritative. We always strive to keep both versions updated in parallel.

To register on jlili, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. jlili reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened with false or incomplete details, and deposited funds may not be returned in such cases.

The following information is required from each user at the time of registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Residential address
• Preferred payment method

Each user may only register one jlili account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your jlili account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact jlili support immediately.

The minimum age to open an account on jlili is 18. The platform is strictly off-limits to anyone below this age. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed during registration and before your first withdrawal.

The following individuals are not eligible to open a jlili account:

• Anyone under the age of 18
• Those whose previous jlili account has been terminated
• Those who have opted for self-exclusion and whose exclusion period has not yet ended
• Jlili employees and their immediate family members
• Individuals involved in an ongoing legal dispute with jlili

Deposits and withdrawals on jlili can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as through bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 BDT per day (subject to account verification level)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

Your account must have a completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Requests submitted without verification will not be accepted. To complete KYC, please submit a clear photo of your National ID card or passport.

Jlili does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges, which are governed entirely by their own policies.

Jlili regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer details page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General bonus terms and conditions:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members one time only
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x)
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will be credited to your cash balance
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Attempting to abuse bonuses may result in account termination

Jlili reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add new conditions to any bonus offer at any time. Our system automatically monitors for suspicious activity to prevent bonus abuse.

There are a few essential rules to follow when betting on jlili. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check all details before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet: ৳10
• Maximum bet: determined by account level and event
• Odds in live betting may change in real time
• If a bet fails to place due to a connectivity issue, your funds will be refunded
• Any bet displaying incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void

If match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event is proven, all associated bets will be voided and the account will be permanently closed. jlili has a zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty and unfair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlili's platform. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Coordinating strategies to abuse bonuses
• Engaging in fraudulent activity on the platform
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Participating in match fixing or event manipulation
• Attempting to launder money or process funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing or threatening other users

Jlili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions is found
• If it is proven that the account was opened using false information
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted
• Involvement in prohibited activities
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

If your account is closed due to a rule violation, your balance may be forfeited. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please withdraw your available balance first and then contact jlili support.

You may request to close your jlili account at any time by emailing support@jlili.app or contacting us via live chat. Please withdraw your available cash balance before closing your account.

Jlili is an entertainment platform. Betting and gaming always carry the risk of financial loss. Users place bets of their own free will and are solely responsible for their decisions.

• Jlili is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting
• Jlili is not liable for any bets missed due to internet outages or device issues
• Jlili is not directly responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services
• Jlili is not responsible if your account credentials are accessed by a third party — keeping your password secure is solely your responsibility

Jlili believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all users to play responsibly, and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Daily Limit: Set a daily limit on how much you deposit
• Weekly Limit: Set a cap on your maximum spending over a seven-day period
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for 6 months or permanently
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your play time and spending

Minor updates such as spelling corrections or information changes may take effect without prior notice. The latest version of our terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top.

Continued use of jlili after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please withdraw your balance and notify support before closing your account.
